The hotel had nice rooms overlooking the road to Sentosa but lacked soundproofing. The service was attentive, and the location was great for exploring Sentosa and nearby attractions. The dining experience was satisfactory, but menu variety could be improved.
The hotel has a prime location facing Vivo City Mall with convenient access to Sentosa Island and major attractions. The rooms are on the smaller side but clean, though we missed out on a special cake. The service was a bit rude at check-out but responsive when fixing issues promptly.
